If you or your clients want complete control and flexibility over the bar then this is the option for you. As opposed to our open bar packages this allows you or your guests to pay for what is consumed. Our drink prices are lower than most bars, meaning your budget will stretch further. All packages below include a team of staff, including an experienced manager who will liaise with you during the event, all ingredients, glassware and equipment, plus any required licenses, permits and insurance. A minimum spend applies.

Consumption packages allow a bar to be set up at any location and tally what drinks go over the bar to guests. Perfect for when you don’t know how many people to expect. This is then charged to you at the conclusion of the event. Certain drinks can also be allocated to certain guests, eg. the bridal party are allowed spirits whilst other guests can only have beer, wine and champagne.

Bar tab package allows you to allocate a monetary amount to be placed behind the bar and choose what drinks will be served at the event. We use the latest point of sale systems so you can be kept informed of the tab status, so that as the bar tab depletes you can choose to extend it or turn it into a cash bar for guests to pay per drink. Great when you want to split costs with guests who tend to order lots of beverages.

Cash bar package for large or small events. This allows Liquid Infusion to set up at your private or hired venue and operate like a normal bar. Our detailed cash management system allows for a hassle free function at any location with state of the art cash registers and mobile credit card machines.
