If you are supplying your own alcohol and hiring bartenders only, the responsibility for obtaining any required liquor licence generally remains with the client.

The earlier, the better. Popular dates, particularly Saturday evenings during spring and summer, often book out many months in advance. Midweek and Sunday events generally have greater availability. Once you've confirmed your date and are happy to proceed, we recommend securing your booking with a deposit. Most event details, menus and final guest numbers can be adjusted closer to the event.
